Warranty & Return Policies

Our team of specialists, clinically proven products and comprehensive warranty program are here to support the ongoing needs of patients so they can achieve their therapy goals and feel empowered to live their best lives.

Limited Warranty

Tactile Medical, manufacturer of the Flexitouch and Entre, offers a two-year limited warranty on its Flexitouch controller, garments and accessories, and a one-year limited warranty on its Entre controller, garments and accessories. This warranty is only available to the original user if their account is in good standing. This warranty is not transferable.

Returns, Exchanges, Disposals and Refunds

 

Tactile Medical does not accept returns or provide refunds for Products once the original packaging has been opened. Unopened Products may be returned within sixty (60) days of the date of shipment. If a patient receives Product(s) that are incorrect due to a Tactile error, Tactile will exchange the Product(s) if the Company is notified within sixty (60) days of the date of shipment.

For equipment rented through insurance, the patient is responsible for outstanding financial obligations for the period in which they had the Product.

Tactile will assist in disposal and/or recycling of controllers (garments and accessories not included) no longer in use if 1) the controller is a part of the Company’s active Product lines; and 2) the associated financial obligation has been paid in full regardless of order type. To request a pickup for disposal/recycling, the patient can contact Patient Support Services.
