Limited Warranty

Tactile Medical, manufacturer of the Flexitouch and Entre, offers a two-year limited warranty on its Flexitouch controller, garments and accessories, and a one-year limited warranty on its Entre controller, garments and accessories. This warranty is only available to the original user if their account is in good standing. This warranty is not transferable.

Returns, Exchanges, Disposals and Refunds


Tactile Medical does not accept returns or provide refunds for products once the original packaging has been opened. Unopened products may be returned within sixty (60) days of the date of shipment. If you receive a product(s) that is incorrect due to a Tactile error, Tactile will exchange the product(s) if the Company is notified within sixty (60) days of the date of shipment. If a patient chooses to return a product, the patient will be responsible for outstanding financial obligations for the period in which they had the product.

Notice: Tactile Medical has Obsoleted the Flexitouch System Model PD32-120 Sold From 2003 to 2009.

Effective August 8, 2016, Tactile Medical stopped providing service and replacement parts for Model PD32-120 of the Flexitouch system. This model was sold to patients between 2003 and 2009 and was replaced by the PD32-U Flexitouch system, in late 2009.
