The impact of text reminders on pneumatic compression device (PCD) compliance, published in the Journal of Supportive Care in Caner, reveals the impact of text reminders on the compliance of PCD therapy, outcomes, changes in arm girth, QOL, and symptom severity.

Although text message reminders did not improve treatment compliance as BCRL patients are already highly complaint, significant improvements in both test and control groups were found.
