The Project Manager leads the end-to-end implementation of multiple portfolio projects focusing on the interactions between Tactile Medical team members, Healthcare Payers, Healthcare Teams and patients receiving our products. This position is responsible for defining business requirements, implementing improved processes, ensuring successful project deployment and performs all project management functions while maintaining compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
Clinical Trial Manager
The individual in this position will participate on multi-disciplinary project teams to plan and execute successful clinical studies in support of corporate objectives. The Clinical Trial Manager will demonstrate proficiency in all areas of clinical study development and execution, with an ability to build and direct effective multi-disciplinary project teams.
Account Service Representative
Responsible for building strong relationships within accounts (clinicians & clinic staff), and with patients to retrieve signed documents and other documentationnecessary to close the order and submit a claim or appeal. Through inbound and outbound calling, and/or emailing or faxing, the Inside Sales Support Repfacilitates order closure and aids the Sales Representatives in exceeding monthly quotas. Individuals in this role may also be responsible for lead generation,tradeshow lead follow up, product conversions (as appropriate), sales support, and general account support. Perform all job duties while adhering to HIPAArequirements.
IT Procurement Specialist
The IT Procurement Specialist has primary responsibility for purchasing, maintaining, documenting, and auditing Tactile Medical’s Information Technology inventory of hardware and software. This role will coordinate employee onboarding and exit procedures within turnaround times specified by HR. The IT Procurement Specialist will work directly with Tactile Medical employees to provide hardware and software replacements or updates as needed due to changing business requirements, retirement of deployed inventory, or loss/damage of inventory.
As a member of the HR team, the Payroll Administrator will manage all aspects of the organization’s payrolls for 450+ employees in 36 different states.
Application Support Manager
The Application Support Manager is responsible for documenting and maintaining desired application support service levels. This role will assist with escalated tickets to ensure completion and user satisfaction. This role is responsible for change, release, incident and problem management.

Position Summary – Responsible for educating therapists, physicians and patients on Tactile Medical products in an assigned territory. Responsible for establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Responsible for penetrating under-served clinical markets. Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns or complaints.
